NYC life can be rough on the body, mind, and soul.  We move at a mile a minute and hardly have a spare moment to ourselves.  That's why this 4th of July, we've designed a rejuvenating, reviving wellness & yoga retreat unlike any other.  A rare opportunity to give our bodies and minds a break and actually get away so we can fully unplug, breathe fresh mountain air, eat healthy, balanced meals, rest, restore & have lots and lots of FUN in the process.

Set in a gorgeous lodge in the Adirondack Mountains just minutes from breathtaking hikes, rivers and the expansive Lake George, this wellness getaway is curated and led by licensed health practitioners, including a registered dietitian nutritionist, a licensed life coach, an Ayurvedic nutritionist, a Reiki practitioner & meditation teacher, vegan chef and 3 yoga instructors.  Seats are very limited, so we encourage you to sign up quickly to guarantee your spot.

Pricing:*
Early bird (purchase by Thursday June 15th): starting from $450
Regular (purchase after June 15th): starting from $625

*The only cost not included in the price is the outdoor ropes course.  Please bring $40 in cash to accommodate this cost.

Details:

In order to maximize your relaxation, this retreat is all-inclusive, with all meals, lodging, and activities (daily yoga classes, meditation, outdoor activities, evening activities) included in the pricing.  There is also an opportunity for complimentary transportation to the lodge on either Friday evening June 30th or Saturday morning July 1st (first come, first serve).

Food & Drink:

This retreat is designed to give our bodies a break for a few days, so all meals Saturday through Monday will be entirely plant-based (vegetarian), curated by a registered dietitian nutritionist and a plant-based chef.  We also encourage an alcohol-free experience for the first few days so we can give our organs a chance to rest and revive.  Don't worry!  We will celebrate with wine & beer on Monday evening and provide options for omnivores on Tuesday, July 4th.  If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please e-mail alina.zolotareva@gmail.com by Friday, June 23 so we can accommodate your needs.

Activities:

This is an active retreat with lots of outdoor activities from morning to evening, including AM + PM Outdoor Yoga, Meditation, Hiking, Swimming, Water Sports, Outdoor Ropes Course, Facilitated group activities, Games, Jacuzzi on site, Painting, Fire-pit, etc.

Clothing, Bedding, Towels:

Please bring comfortable clothing and footwear for yoga, hiking and swimming.  Bring your own yoga mat if you have one available.  All towels and bed sheets will be provided, but you are welcome to bring an extra towel to bring to the lake if you choose.

FUN & Community:

The theme of this retreat is REVIVE.  We invite everyone joining us to bring one thing to share that speaks to this theme.  This can be a quote, a poem, a photo, an idea, a feeling, a story, a song, movement, an article of clothing, a dream, etc.  Whatever speaks to you!  We also encourage all participants to bring something fun to wear that you may not have the opportunity to wear back home (tutus, crazy hats, face paint, whatever you feel called to bring).  Because you CAN wear it when you're on vacation.
